Do I need a Citegrove account?
Not to use this. We rate-limit to 5 generations per IP per 24h because each call hits Anthropic + Jina.
Where do the prompts come from?
We scrape your homepage with Jina to understand what you do, then ask Claude to generate the kind of buyer-intent queries (best X for Y, X vs Y, alternatives to Z) that a customer of yours would type into ChatGPT or Perplexity.
These don't feel exactly right — can I change them?
Yes. The full Citegrove product lets you edit, add, deactivate, and approve prompts. The free tool is fixed-output by design.
What do I do with these prompts?
Two things. (1) Run them yourself in ChatGPT and Perplexity to see who's currently being cited. (2) Use them as the seed list for outreach — every URL the LLMs cite is a place you should be on too.
Why "buyer-intent" specifically?
A founder searches "how do I market my SaaS". A customer searches "best project management software for engineering teams". Buyer-intent queries are what your future customers actually type — they convert at roughly 4x the rate of organic search clicks.
Do you store my domain?
We do not persist domains you submit. We log a hashed IP for rate limiting (5 lookups per IP per 24 hours).
