Citegrove (“Citegrove”, “we”, “us”) is operated by Mohammad Shaban (sole proprietor). Billing is handled by our merchant of record, Polar Software Inc. Contact: hello@citegrove.com.

Citegrove runs buyer-intent queries against ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini, harvests the URLs they cite, scores each for actionability, and generates outreach drafts for the top targets. We don't guarantee any specific result — getting cited depends on the host page accepting your contribution.

Plans are $19/mo or $180/yr, both with a 7-day free trial during which your card is not charged. After the trial, your card is charged via Polar (our merchant of record). Full pricing details are at citegrove.com/pricing.

You can cancel any time from the Polar customer portal. Step-by-step instructions and the full refund policy (7-day no-charge trial, 14-day yearly refund window) live at citegrove.com/refund.

You agree not to use Citegrove to spam, manipulate review platforms beyond their posted rules, post defamatory content about competitors, or scrape sites in violation of their ToS. We'll suspend accounts found doing any of those without refund.

One brand per subscription, up to 50 active prompts, weekly automatic scans, plus 4 on-demand scans/month. Soft caps may apply — we'll email you before suspending anything.

The service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to fees you paid in the prior 12 months. We're not responsible for actions taken by third parties (LLM platforms, listicle authors, subreddit moderators, etc.) on the basis of drafts you sent.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email to active subscribers at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
