Terms of service

Citegrove runs buyer-intent queries against ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini, harvests the URLs they cite, scores each for actionability, and generates outreach drafts for the top targets. We don't guarantee any specific result — getting cited depends on the host page accepting your contribution.

Plans are $99/mo or $948/yr, both with a 7-day free trial and no card up-front for the free scan. After the trial, your card is charged via Stripe. You can cancel any time from the Customer Portal — cancellation is effective at period end and you keep access until then. We don't prorate refunds for partial months.

You agree not to use Citegrove to spam, manipulate review platforms beyond their posted rules, post defamatory content about competitors, or scrape sites in violation of their ToS. We'll suspend accounts found doing any of those without refund.

One brand per subscription, up to 50 active prompts, weekly automatic scans, plus 4 on-demand scans/month. Soft caps may apply — we'll email you before suspending anything.

The service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to fees you paid in the prior 12 months. We're not responsible for actions taken by third parties (LLM platforms, listicle authors, subreddit mods, etc.) on the basis of drafts you sent.
